Drive programmatic campaign setup and optimization across DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon to hit performance targets.

Own the end-to-end setup, pacing, and reporting of DSP campaigns
Must-have: DV360 experience required; The Trade Desk and Amazon a plus
Standout: Cross-team collaboration and ongoing optimization documentation in a hybrid role

Help set up and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSP’s including DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon
Monitor pacing, campaign flights, and budgets
Keep internal documents up-to-date including pacing charts, optimization logs, and trafficking sheets
Troubleshoot and collaborate across teams to keep campaigns on track
Support day-to-day client communication, and campaign documentation
Stay current on account verticals and industry trends
Partner with internal teams and vendors to understand tools, data, and platforms
Pull reports, track KPI’s, and highlight performance insights
Ensure proper tagging, and trafficking processes are accurate
Share learnings to improve future campaigns

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
1+ years in programmatic in the digital media, advertising, strategy, or partnership space
DV360 experience required; The Trade Desk and Amazon a plus
Comfortable managing campaigns across display, video and dOOH
Pro with Excel and data organization
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways
