Job Summary

Own the DSP buy-side workflow with daily pacing, KPI-driven optimization, and budget discipline for multiple markets, while shaping queue management and cross-team communications.

  • DSP Expertise: own platform knowledge and feature adoption to hit campaign metrics.
  • Operational Ownership: monitor pacing, manage build/QA queues, and ensure error-free basic setups.
  • Team Enablement: contribute to training docs and help troubleshoot for Ad Ops and Sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Displays advanced knowledge of DSP platforms and features; TTD experience preferred. - Monitor pacing and performance for assigned markets to meet KPI and budgets. - Suggest optimization and budget strategies based on KPIs and internal reporting. - Manages programmatic build/revision/QA/Comments queue, prioritizing Premier clients and assisting across all queue stages. - Ensures minimal errors on basic build setups. - Helps team members with troubleshooting and communication. - Participates in team meetings and Slack conversations. - Communicates processes and performance to clients and internal stakeholders. - Contributes to training documents and new hire trainings for Ad Ops and Sales. - Other Duties as assigned Requirements - 3-5 years buy-side programmatic digital marketing experience, including daily work in a DSP. - Excel power user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, charts). - Experience with Google Analytics, pixel creation and implementation, and Google Tag Manager. - Data visualization and first-party data activation experience. - Team Player; thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; can meet multiple deadlines. - Handles change easily.
