Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across display, mobile, video, and connected TV channels
  • Operate and optimize campaigns using demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic buying tools
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budgets to maximize results
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies using first-party and third-party data
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure effective ad messaging and creative assets
  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and data providers
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data governance standards
  • Stay informed about programmatic advertising trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media buying, or ad operations
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms such as The Trade Desk
  • Google Display & Video 360
  • Amazon DSP
  • Strong knowledge of RTB (real-time bidding), ad exchanges, and audience targeting strategies
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a remote environment
  • Must currently reside in the United States
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) or customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Familiarity with programmatic video and connected TV advertising
  • Experience working with advertising verification tools such as DoubleVerify or Integral Ad Science
  • Knowledge of privacy frameworks and regulations affecting digital advertising
  • Professional certifications in programmatic advertising or digital marketing
