Job Description

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end program management across critical cross-marketing initiatives, starting with early access/influencers, red teaming, and GTM enablement programs.
Support multiple workstreams within a cross-functional program, proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
Act as the vanguard for the team’s AI transformation, transitioning manual, fragmented templates, tools and processes into automated, real-time ones.
Act as a strategic bridge and escalation point across Product, Marketing, Legal, Comms, and Regional teams to eliminate silos.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred

Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Direct experience building or managing AI-agentic workflows (e.g., orchestrating multiple AI agents to complete complex, multi-step tasks).
Experience in stakeholder management.
