Job Summary

Own end-to-end program growth from planning to revenue impact, balancing execution, adoption, and compliance while coordinating across finance, ops, and program teams.

  • Program Operations: manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional rollout to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Market & Opportunity Scanning: track trends, ROI scenarios, and competitive dynamics to steer growth bets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the identification, development, and advancement of new program opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of new programs from planning through launch and early-stage operations, with responsibility for supporting successful program adoption and revenue generation.
  • Lead and execute targeted growth initiatives to expand revenue and maximize the value of RCIL’s existing programs, including developing and executing outreach strategies, strengthening referral relationships, and increasing program utilization and enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules for new initiatives.
  • Execute growth initiatives under the direction of the Director of Growth and New Programs, with accountability for implementation, performance tracking, and contribution to revenue expansion.
  • Track and report on performance of new programs, including revenue generation, expenses, operational metrics, and progress toward growth and expansion goals.
  • Gather and analyze operational, financial, and market data to inform program design, implementation planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify and escalate risks, operational challenges, and barriers to successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, and program teams to ensure seamless program rollout.
  • Ensures new programs and ongoing operations comply with all regulatory, contractual, and funding requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field required.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Understanding of program implementation, financial tracking, and operational processes in a service-based environment.
  • Project management, organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field required.
