Job Summary
Drive product lifecycle support and market analysis for Healgen immunoassay products.
- Own data-driven design inputs and lifecycle support for immunoassay products.
- Ensure documentation, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enable sales and retention.
- Provide technical support and marketing collaboration at onsite events.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve or add to Healgen Scientific’s products.
- Conduct Market Analysis to illustrate product market potential.
- Provide data-driven design inputs throughout the product’s life cycle.
- Contribute to the success of customer retention and new sales efforts.
- Maintain complete documentation of products and their specifications.
- Create and review marketing materials to support sales opportunities as a subject matter expert.
- Contribute to product development, launch, and release activities.
- Provide technical support as needed.
- May perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Travel is limited to marketing events and conferences.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, biology preferred. A postgraduate degree is also acceptable.
- >1 year experience in relevant IVD industry such as medical device or pharma
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to navigate, interpret, and analyze scientific literature.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to convey thoughts and ideas verbally and in written communication. Strong technical writing skills.
