Job Summary
Own the in person customer interaction at a high traffic window showroom, steering visitors to information and appointments with the sales team.
- Retail touchpoint: convert walk-ins into scheduled sales visits at Appleton or Green Bay locations.
- Audience & channel: in store shoppers as the primary audience with scheduling as the R.O.I. metric.
- Tools & workflow: manage quick information flow and handoffs to the sales team to drive appointment volume.
Job Description
- Actively engaging with customers at a large, busy retail location in Appleton and/or Green Bay (your choice!), providing them information about the windows we sell to schedule appointments with our sales team.
- You’re at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
- 1 year sales or canvassing (Preferred)
- Outgoing, empathetic, and willing to actively engage with the public on a consistent basis
- Flexible schedule
