Job Summary

This internship involves supporting two core teams and driving 50+ campaigns across 13 verticals, contributing to multi-million revenue efforts. You will manage revenue tracking across North America, troubleshoot product issues, and provide demos for sales. The role also includes regional GTM support, internal communications, and acting as a Canada Creative Operations SME.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support two core teams: Verticalized Advertiser Enablement and Regional Product Marketing Managers (rPMMs).
  • Conceptualize, execute, and rack 50+ high-value campaigns across Creative Product suite pitches across 13+ verticals, supporting $3.2M+ in revenue across these products.
  • Optimize account tracking & efficiency: maintain and optimize sales pipeline efficiencies and cleanliness across teams, ensuring updates are clear and consolidated for accurate revenue projections.
  • Cover revenue tracking for all products and enable sales across regions, including all North American (US & Canada); live troubleshoot product issues and provide product demos for sales and direct clients.
  • Centralize key account hit lists across multiple product lines (AIGC, Content Suite, Sponsorship, etc.) within the advertiser enablement trackers, and analyze gaps to present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Canada Creative Operations, managing the dedicated Q&A channel to provide real-time answers and clarification on regional product nuances.
  • Outbound GTM support: assist regional product marketing managers with launch communications (Lark Card) for North America GBS and regionalize GTM materials (e.g., BSH Canada CommDoc).
  • Own internal comms product updates: conceptualize and manage the biweekly Creative Product Newsletter for the sales organization.
  • Inbound support: lead the validation and reconciliation of pitched revenue for all products in the North America AE tracker, ensuring accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (must be enrolled in college during the internship period).
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (internship, academic, or extracurricular experience welcomed).
  • Interest in and basic understanding of the digital advertising industry.
  • Foundational knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for different audiences.
  • Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period

Preferred

  • Preferred majors include Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
  • A fast learner with good judgment and original thinking.
  • Commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to create clear, well-designed PowerPoint slides and internal memos.
