Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling: Define and maintain Yoodli’s product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across audiences, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives that resonate with users, buyers, and partners.
  • Lead go-to-market and launch execution: Partner with Product, Growth, and Sales to design and execute go-to-market and launch strategies for new features, solutions, and partnerships—driving adoption, engagement, and retention across segments.
  • Champion customer and market insight: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and communication pain points; map user journeys to strengthen positioning and product-market fit.
  • Build durable, AI-supported market knowledge: Create and maintain AI-assisted repositories of personas, objections, use cases, and competitive insights that preserve and scale institutional knowledge across teams.
  • Own and enable product marketing collateral end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of product marketing collateral, working closely with the design team to create high-impact assets. Translate product features into clear creative briefs with recommended visuals, while maintaining decks, one-pagers, messaging guides, and FAQs that help tell the Yoodli story across audiences.
  • Support experimentation and continuous feedback loops: Pair human judgment with AI-assisted drafting, iteration, and feedback to improve speed, consistency, and messaging precision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles (SaaS, B2C, or tech preferred)
  • Experience crafting messaging and creating sales collateral for B2B SaaS teams such as pitch decks, one pagers, white papers and other enablement assets
  • Proven experience launching and scaling products from early-stage through growth
  • Strong storytelling and AI copy generation skills—able to translate complex technology into clear, human, and inspiring narratives
  • Analytical and customer-obsessed mindset, with comfort using data and qualitative insights to guide decisions
  • Pragmatic fluency with AI-enabled product marketing: experience using AI to improve research synthesis, messaging iteration, enablement, or knowledge management. Paired with sound judgment about where AI adds meaningful value versus noise.
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • 401k plans
  • Unlimited PTO, free lunches at the office
  • Equity opportunities at a fast growing company
