Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate Innovation to Partner Profitability: Lead the messaging for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and innovations by distilling technical features into clear "What’s In It For Me" (WIIFM) narratives that help partners grow their practice and increase margins.
  • Be the Partner Evangelist at Launch: Sit at the intersection of all product launches and the partner channel by being the main point of contact and conduit for the entire partner organization.
  • Architect Partner Personas: Develop and own deep persona profiles for the ecosystem, tailoring Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to resonate with everyone from a Partner CTO focused on architecture to a Partner Seller focused on ease of sale.
  • Develop Partner Collateral and Content: Deliver a rich set of assets and collateral to help fuel the sales and marketing motions for all partners
  • Evangelize the Enterprise Data Cloud: Serve as the lead storyteller for Everpure’s vision, enabling partners to pivot from selling hardware to delivering a seamless, cloud-ready data experience.
  • Drive Enablement and GTM Readiness: Collaborate with the Commercial Line of Business and the Global Partner Organization to build "partner-first" sales tools, battlecards, and training modules that ensure global channel readiness on Day 1 of every launch.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Orchestrate GTM motions by synchronizing efforts across Product Management, Global Alliances, and Field Marketing to ensure the "voice of the partner" is reflected in our roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

  • Channel-Centric Strategy: A proven ability to view product launches through a partner lens, with the expertise to articulate the ROI of a partnership and the nuance of how GSIs, VARs, and Distributors operate.
  • Love for Developing Content: Innate desire to create content that drives varying personas across the partner organization to take action.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of turning technical jargon into compelling business narratives that influence both executive and technical audiences.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Experience thriving in matrixed organizations, using your influence to align cross-functional teams and drive high-impact GTM execution.
  • Domain Expertise: Professional experience in Product or Channel Marketing within the enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS space, specifically managing complex product ecosystems.

Benefits

  • wellness resources
  • company-sponsored team events
