Drive downstream marketing for a cardiovascular catheter launch, translating clinical data into compelling messages, enabling field teams, and tracking early commercial success across accounts and volumes.

  • Launch Planning & Market Activation: define sequencing, account prioritization, and field readiness to accelerate adoption.
  • Commercial Narrative & Enablement: create physician education, sales aids, and materials that convert evidence into differentiated messaging.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: build competitive differentiation, monitor trends, and adjust plans to hit revenue ramp and reorder metrics.
  • Account & Field Enablement: align field tools, data, and training to support rapid adoption and evidence-based selling.
  • KOL & Evidence Collaboration: coordinate clinical data dissemination and educational programs with medical affairs and clinical teams.
  • Competitive Intelligence: maintain battle cards, objection handling tools, and win/loss insights to protect market position.
  • Commercial Metrics Tracking: define and monitor early success metrics such as case volume, account penetration, and revenue ramp.
  • Launch Sequencing & Prioritization: identify key accounts and sequence tactics to maximize launch impact.
  • Leadership Alignment: collaborate with leadership to ensure field alignment on launch priorities and customer engagement strategies.
  • Educational Content & Materials: develop content, sales aids, and training resources for field teams.
