Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies based on regional industry trends and customer needs, defining product positioning, key solution offerings, and competitive tactics.
  • Solution Design & Guidance: Design competitive automation solutions tailored to customer business scenarios using the company’s product portfolio, including data analysis, product selection, solution competitiveness assessment, and support the execution of key projects.
  • Customer Needs Discovery & Translation: Deeply understand customer business models and pain points, conduct early-stage KA research and interviews, and effectively translate requirements into deliverable product or solution logic.
  • Market & Industry Analysis: Perform systematic research on regional and segment-specific industries, build market maps, customer profiles, and competitive analysis reports to support product planning and sales strategies.
  • Cross-Cultural Project Collaboration: Act as a regional representative and bridge to headquarters, coordinating resources across technology, delivery, and sales teams to ensure smooth product introduction into different markets.
  • Brand & Solution Promotion: Organize internal and external product training, solution presentations, trade shows, and technical exchange activities to enhance brand awareness and customer acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Logistics Management, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics or logistics automation industry; experience in To B product management or solution design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with logistics automation equipment, business processes, and typical scenarios, with cross-industry customer communication experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in product launch, product operations, lifecycle management, and other GTM-related functions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental and cross-cultural teamwork.
  • Proficiency in 2D layout design and standard office software.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to independently write English product documents and present to customers.
  • Strong self-motivation and learning ability, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving tasks to completion.
