Own and refine messaging for ICPs, shape demand narratives, equip sales and CS with playbooks, drive market launches and campaigns, foster customer adoption, and loop feedback into positioning to sharpen messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define the Story: Own positioning and messaging for each ideal customer profile (ICP) and persona, turning product capability into simple, resonant messaging across the full buyer journey.
  • Find the Story: Identify and shape the narratives supporting our demand generation — spotting the angle that will resonate with the audience in the room and building the content that brings it to life.
  • Arm the Field: Build the sales and customer success playbooks that equip the team to win with confidence.
  • Bring Launches to Life: Own the content that carries our story to market — website, product pages, email campaigns, PR & comms, events, and webinars.
  • Drive Adoption: Partner on customer marketing and expansion campaigns that keep customers engaged and growing with us.
  • Close the Loop: Build feedback loops from Sales, CS, and customers back into positioning, so our messaging keeps getting sharper.

Requirements

  • Storytelling Chops: You have deep empathy for customers and can adapt how you communicate to reach both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • AI Prowess: You know how to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale your impact without sacrificing quality, and you bring this mindset to everything you do.
  • Communication Skills: A proven ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: A self-starter who can build programs from scratch, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
  • Curiosity: You're genuinely interested in customers and products — you dig into how things work and become the expert.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a knack for managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
