Drive regional GTM for hospitality SaaS, translating global strategy into localized execution and enablement across EMEA/APAC.

  • Lead cross-functional enablement across Product, Sales, and CS.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute EMEA & APAC go-to-market plans for launches, features, and major releases, translating global strategy into region-specific execution.
  • Build localized product positioning and messaging (value props, narratives, pain-point-led messaging) tailored to hoteliers/guests across key countries.
  • Serve as the regional market and customer expert, covering hospitality-tech trends, buyer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
  • Lead sales and CS enablement by creating and localizing collateral (decks, case studies, battlecards) and delivering training that helps teams win and retain business.
  • Drive performance and iteration by partnering on regional campaigns/content/events and using competitive intel + data to measure impact (pipeline, adoption) and feed insights into the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing with a significant focus on or experience in the EMEA and/or APAC markets.
  • Has B2B SaaS experience at early stage startups.
  • Exceptional communicator (written + verbal) with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence to make strategic recommendations.
  • Experienced in managing large, complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaborator, able to influence and partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
  • Natural leader with mentoring or people management experience.
  • Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, or travel tech is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in diverse international markets, including developing localized GTM strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's Degree is a bonus)
