Cross‑functional collaboration: align with product management and solutions engineering and support external events and customer briefings.

Job Description

ChargePoint is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge engineering and the market by translating complex EV charging products into clear, compelling technical narratives. This role will support networked charging hardware, energy management software, and fleet solutions.
You will create high‑impact technical content, enable sales and partners with accurate positioning, and ensure technical materials stay current as products evolve.
This role requires close collaboration with product management and solutions engineering, as well as external engagement through events and customer briefings.

Technical background in EV charging, including knowledge of OCPP, energy management, fleet electrification, or charging infrastructure
Proven ability to independently create technical marketing content (e.g., white papers, solution briefs, diagrams, demos)
Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts
Comfortable working hands‑on with products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
Experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, and analysis

Experience developing competitive technical comparisons based on product capabilities
Familiarity with creating architecture diagrams and integration guides
Experience supporting product launches with technical positioning and enablement materials
Track record of maintaining and scaling technical content libraries
Public speaking experience at industry events, webinars, or customer briefings
