Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, buying behaviors, and key decision drivers; translate insights into clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging.
  • Define and recommend product detail page (PDP) requirements, including pricing, messaging, imagery, and key decision-making content of new product verticals.
  • Form hypotheses, execute tests, and scale winning strategies across domains, improving key metrics including conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue per visitor.
  • Influence pricing, product configuration, bundling, and merchandising strategies to balance conversion, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze web, product, and customer performance data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitor positioning, pricing, and product offerings to identify opportunities to improve market differentiation and performance.
  • Partner with Sr. Director of Product to develop business cases to evaluate opportunities, and maintain a clear roadmap focused on revenue and growth impact.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of new offerings, using insights to optimize future launches and improvements.
  • Partner with product and finance teams to ensure pricing and product costs support margin and profitability goals.
  • Support special projects as assigned by leadership, contributing to broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Available for weekly in-person days at our Austin, TX office.
  • Must reside in Texas.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or related field preferred.
