Responsibilities

• Create high-quality assets for: Paid ads (LinkedIn, Google); Landing pages; Email campaigns
• Translate campaign briefs into clean, effective visuals that drive engagement and conversion
• Design and support updates to marketing websites and landing pages
• Improve clarity, layout, and user experience across key pages
• Collaborate on conversion-focused design improvements
• Turn complex ideas into clear, digestible visuals: One-pagers; Comparison charts; Product explainers
• Help simplify messaging through strong layout and visual hierarchy
• Create reusable templates and systems to improve speed and consistency
• Ensure all work aligns with brand standards across multiple brands
• Design decks, presentations, and marketing materials

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in graphic and digital design
• Strong portfolio across web, marketing, and brand work
• Experience designing for campaigns and digital performance
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear visuals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma (or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of web platforms (bonus if you’ve worked in Duda, Webflow, or similar)
