Job Description
Responsibilities
- Digital Content: Create daily video walkarounds, content and photo sets for Facebook, TikTok, and our website.
- Lead Response: Manage all digital and phone inquiries with professional and timely responses.
- Customer Facilitation: Guide on-site customers through the inventory with zero pressure.
- Quality Control: Perform final walkarounds of vehicles post-detail to ensure they meet our standards.
Requirements
- 5+ Years in sales, digital marketing, retail management or Hospitality. Dealership or automotive related experience a plus, but we value personality, creativity and strong customer service skills above all.
- Proficiency with social media and basic video editing.
- A passion for people and building long-term brand trust.
