Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the end-to-end commercialization strategy for key solutions and value-added services across segments
  • Establish scalable GTM frameworks, governance, and operating models to improve speed, consistency, and impact of launches
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape product direction through market insights, commercial viability, and customer needs
  • Oversee development of business cases, including TAM, segmentation, investment sizing, ROI, and long-term growth potential
  • Guide pricing, packaging, and channel strategies based on market dynamics and performance insights
  • Ensure data-driven prioritization of initiatives aligned to revenue and strategic goals

Requirements

  • You'll own the commercialization strategy and execution across a portfolio of solutions defined as our Core Payments, driving alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • This will include products such as our E-commerce solutions, our Point of Sale Devices, Virtual Terminals, etc. driving the adoption of our foundational revenue drivers.
  • Payments or fintech industry experience
  • Experience leading GTM strategy across multiple segments (e.g., SMB, Enterprise, verticals)
