Requirements

  • 15+ years in marketing strategy, demand generation, or digital marketing leadership
  • Proven experience working with senior marketing leaders (CMO, VP level)
  • Strong understanding of pipeline economics, funnel dynamics, and performance drivers
  • You have owned outcomes, not just advised on them
  • You understand how strategy translates into execution
  • You are comfortable working across ambiguity and complexity
  • Exceptional ability to lead structured discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Able to simplify complex problems without oversimplifying them
  • High executive presence and credibility
  • Ability to diagnose root causes, not just symptoms

Preferred

  • Structured thinker with a bias toward clarity and decision-making
  • Comfortable navigating multi-variable marketing environments
  • Familiar with applying AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Understands the limitations of AI and avoids over-reliance on tooling
  • Sees AI as an enabler of better systems, not a substitute for them
