Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve messaging and positioning around Eightfold's pricing and packaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and reflects the full value of our platform
  • Translate packaging constructs and tier differentiation into clear, audience-appropriate narratives for prospects, customers, analysts, and internal teams
  • Build high-authority content including packaging explainers, pricing narratives, and briefing materials that help buyers and field teams understand how Eightfold's platform maps to their needs and business outcomes
  • Equip sales, customer success, and other go-to-market teams to confidently navigate pricing conversations — developing the messaging, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks needed for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Monitor competitive pricing and packaging movements across incumbent HR platforms and AI-native competitors, and translate those signals into actionable guidance for messaging and field education
  • Develop and maintain pricing and packaging messaging and positioning, grounded in customer insights, value drivers, and competitive dynamics
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for pricing and packaging launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear and well-sequenced rollouts
  • Create and maintain a robust library of enablement assets — packaging one-pagers, pitch narratives, talk tracks, and FAQ guides — that equip sellers and customer-facing teams to engage effectively at every stage of the buying cycle
  • Partner deeply with Product Management, contributing customer insight, competitive context, and market perspective into packaging decisions, tier structure, and prioritization
  • Conduct ongoing customer and field research, including win/loss analysis and field insight gathering, to continuously sharpen pricing positioning and uncover friction points in the buying process

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of pricing, packaging, or commercialization initiatives at a senior level
  • Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning for complex, multi-product or platform environments, translating commercial complexity into clear buyer narratives
  • Exceptional writing and content development skills, with experience producing packaging materials, pricing narratives, and enablement assets without heavy reliance on agencies
  • Deep experience partnering with Product Management, Sales, and Revenue Operations — able to contribute both structure and insight across commercial and strategic discussions
  • Track record of equipping sales and customer-facing teams with the messaging, frameworks, and competitive clarity needed to win in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Strong ability to manage go-to-market readiness for pricing and packaging launches, driving alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and broader GTM teams
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment, driving clarity and alignment with minimal direction

Preferred

  • Experience supporting or leading analyst relations efforts, contributing pricing and packaging clarity for evaluations and briefings
  • Experience in a multi-product or platform environment where shared platform foundations support multiple product experiences and pricing constructs
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving or ambiguous environments, with a demonstrated ability to drive clarity across teams and functions
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR technology, talent acquisition systems, or adjacent enterprise platforms
  • Experience with value-based or outcome-based pricing models and how they are communicated to enterprise buyers

Benefits

  • We embrace a hybrid work model designed to boost collaboration, strengthen our culture, and drive innovation through a blend of remote and in-person work.
  • Eightfold.ai provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.
