Job Summary

Own content production and growth coordination for a concierge medicine practice, with focus on video storytelling, patient engagement, and local visibility.

  • Video sessions, testimonials, and educational content ownership across in-office shoots and interviews.
  • Content repurposing and cross-channel distribution to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, plus patient experience focus.
  • Local visibility and reputation leverage via Google Business Profile, reviews campaigns, and healthcare SEO.

Job Description

  • Coordinating and assisting with 1–2 in-office video recording sessions per month
  • Organizing patient testimonial videos and success stories
  • Assisting with educational video production
  • Repurposing content into social media clips, YouTube videos, blogs, and newsletters
  • Helping coordinate content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Occasionally appearing in videos, conducting interviews, hosting segments, or assisting with patient testimonials
  • Monitoring engagement and community interaction
  • Help create an exceptional patient experience
  • Assist with patient retention initiatives
  • Coordinate testimonial collection and patient success stories
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: GoHighLevel, ChatGPT and AI tools, Canva, Video editing software, Social media management, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Email marketing platforms, CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
