Job Summary

Own the talent solutions leadership function to drive revenue, recruit and develop the team, and build retention and client service excellence.

  • People leadership: attract, source, train, develop, and retain staff while guiding recruitment efforts.
  • Operations and performance: meet productivity standards, manage time and multi-task, and make quality decisions to hit targets.
  • Client and culture: communicate with all levels, lead retention and expansion strategies, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generating activities and practice group performance.
  • Lead recruitment, attract and source talent; conduct effective recruitment.
  • Train, develop and retain staff; manage performance and productivity.
  • Communicate across all levels; facilitate meetings; build trust and credibility.
  • Lead customer retention and expansion strategy; build customer loyalty through superior service.
  • Manage time, plan and multi-task; meet productivity standards and hit targets.
  • Manage change efforts; resolve issues with internal staff, clients and candidates.
  • Create a positive, collaborative team culture; recognize and celebrate successes.
  • Follow through on commitments; lead with character and integrity.

Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in talent manager/director role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
