Requirements

• The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing, digital media, consumer marketing, journalism, or communications.
• You may have worked at a startup, agency, creator business, consumer brand, media company, or technology company.
• More importantly:
• You are extremely online. You understand internet culture without needing it explained to you.
• You should:
• - Understand TikTok and Reels deeply.
• - Use X actively and understand how conversations spread there.
• - Understand Reddit culture and etiquette.
• - Follow creators and influencers across multiple verticals.
• - Know what makes people stop scrolling.

Preferred

• Followers are nice.
• Taste, creativity, execution, judgment, and evidence that you can make people pay attention are better.
