Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing Ads for a portfolio of 15+ behavioral health clients, ensuring campaigns align with each organization's goals and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a primary paid ads point of contact for clients through regular meetings, calls, and email communication, delivering clear performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with client Admissions Teams and integrate call tracking and CRM data to accurately attribute every paid ads lead and admission back to its source.
• Establish KPI benchmarks in collaboration with clients and consistently meet or exceed those targets through ongoing campaign management.
• Guide clients through the LegitScript certification and renewal process, ensuring continued ad eligibility within the behavioral health advertising space.
• Configure and manage call tracking platforms (including CallRail and Call Tracking Metrics) to provide clients with full visibility into inbound lead activity.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and craft compelling ad copy designed to drive qualified conversions and lower cost-per-acquisition.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and overall account health.
• Produce detailed monthly reports covering campaign performance, key optimizations implemented, and forward-looking strategy updates.
• Partner with SEO and content teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that create a consistent brand presence across paid and organic channels.
• Stay current on the latest PPC trends, platform features, and industry best practices to keep client strategies competitive and effective.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot performance issues, uncovering opportunities for improvement before they impact results.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns within the behavioral healthcare space, with a strong understanding of its unique compliance and targeting considerations.
• Hands-on experience with call tracking platforms to monitor, attribute, and optimize inbound lead activity.
• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience running Social Media ad campaigns, with a focus on Meta, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics, with the ability to navigate both platforms confidently for campaign management and performance analysis.
• Experience building and testing landing pages that support paid campaigns and drive conversions.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, with experience leading conversations around campaign strategy, performance data, and expectation management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies that are aligned with client goals and consistently produce results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible way for clients of varying technical backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dazos or Salesforce for lead tracking and pipeline visibility.
