Own data-driven growth analytics and cross-functional collaboration to lift onboarding, retention, and engagement through measurable optimization workstreams.

  • Monitor core metrics to identify optimization opportunities across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement experiments and data-informed improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as user acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and engagement
  • Assist in data-driven optimization strategies to improve product performance and user experience
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to implement growth and optimization initiatives
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries based on data insights

Requirements

  • Basic English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Responsible and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience is not required (training will be provided)
