Support letter management and process training in Minnetonka, updating inventory and creating procedures for LOB letters.

  • Own updating letter inventory and process improvements.
  • Must-have: Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing/Communications; onsite Minnetonka work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update the letter inventory, ensuring the library has the latest letters, removing sunset ones, and adding new letters implemented.
  • ESI

  • Review all the letters for accuracy—checking for updates, changes, branding, regulatory, appeal attachments, etc.
  • Create P&P for updating letters for all LOB—documented process for changes (regulatory, replacements, new NOA, etc)
  • Create P&P and training with ROBOHEAD—help the team to use this application and document the process
  • Commercial most important

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree; Pharmacy-related degrees open.
  • Organized, analytical, comfortable with documentation and synthesizing information into clear summaries
  • Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Robohead a plus
  • This position is an Office role that requires onsite work at Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week
