Drive project development and bid execution across Houston and San Antonio markets, coordinating sales, estimating, and field delivery.

Own bid coordination, subcontractor quotes, and post-bid follow-through to award and kickoff.
Must-have: Past outside sales experience

Job Description

Responsibilities

Participate in industry and customer events to promote the company and build new relationships
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through consistent in-person meetings
Create content for company marketing and social media (website blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Review project bidding websites for upcoming opportunities
Coordinate bid assignments with the Division Manager and other Estimator/PMs
Support market strategies for Houston and San Antonio markets
Analyze drawings and project specifications
Produce detailed quantity takeoffs
Obtain and organize subcontractor quotes and confirm compliance with contract requirements
Deliver clear, accurate proposals with scope notes, exclusions, and details—on time
