Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end production of monthly newsletters for global partner audiences
Coordinate content intake across internal stakeholders and manage the editorial calendar
Partner with a creative agency to develop and maintain newsletter templates that support a consistent global partner experience
Develop executive-level communications tailored for strategic partner audiences
Manage newsletter distribution and maintain communication templates and processes
Measure the effectiveness of partner communications through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance reporting
Analyze communication results and recommend improvements that increase engagement and effectiveness
Design and manage a scalable framework for collecting feedback from partners and regional teams
Organize and synthesize feedback into recurring insights and actionable recommendations
Support additional partner communications, enablement, reporting, dashboards, and engagement initiatives as the program evolves

Requirements

Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
At least 4 years of experience supporting B2B communications, partner programs, customer marketing, internal communications, or related business functions
Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Experience creating polished communications for executive stakeholders
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Experience analyzing communication performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations
Experience using surveys, feedback tools, voice-of-customer programs, or similar methods to collect and organize insights

Preferred

Experience working within a global technology company or supporting global cross-functional teams
Experience supporting global partner, channel, or reseller programs
Familiarity with newsletter platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools
Experience developing dashboards or reporting that communicates program performance
