Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of regional partner success stories, gathering use cases, testimonials, and business results.
  • Drafting and coordinating approvals for case studies, partner spotlights, and other proof-point content.
  • Maintain and manage a development pipeline for partner stories, tracking status, securing approvals, and monitoring publishing milestones.
  • Oversee timelines and workflows for partner marketing deliverables; follow up with regional teams to collect necessary inputs and advance drafts to completion.
  • Track asset progress, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure continuous workflow.
  • Produce partner-facing marketing materials, such as presentations, briefs, summaries, and toolkits, while ensuring alignment with product marketing messaging.
  • Organize distribution of finalized materials to regional teams and maintain a centralized repository of current commercial channel assets.
  • Track deliverables, regional participation, and engagement across partner marketing activities while collecting feedback from regional teams on what content and stories resonate most.
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Commercial Channel Marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the listed states and will be remote. If you are in Austin, Texas, this role will be hybrid (possibly a few days a week).
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B, channel, or partner marketing within a large company (1,000+ employees).
  • Experience managing marketing programs, including case studies, customer stories, or sales enablement content, coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience interacting with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Self-directed and able to manage projects with limited oversight
  • SharePoint or similar document repositories
  • Project tracking tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Marketing asset management or content management platforms
