Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Film, photograph, and edit high-quality videos and images for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Manage all aspects of video production including filming, editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content
• Collaborate with the CEO to brainstorm content ideas that boost audience engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain an organized archive of digital assets including photos, videos, and project files using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator
• Design static graphics and branded posts using Canva or Photoshop
• Stay current with social media trends and incorporate innovative techniques to keep content fresh and relevant
• Write captions and short-form copy that connects with our audience (personal injury attorneys and potential clients)
• Accompany our PI in the field and at the office to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and social media content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Skilled in post-production techniques including color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of photography principles and experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for image editing
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Ability to operate filming equipment including cameras, lighting setups, and microphones
• Strong understanding of social media platforms’ content requirements and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
