Job Summary

Own hands on content and local market marketing for a Keller Williams affiliate around JBLM; you’ll film, edit, and organize video content while shaping social ideas and client materials for neighborhoods, listings, and community highlights.

Content & Video Production: Capture photo/video content, assist film short-form and property videos, and help with editing and asset preparation.
Social & Marketing Support: Generate ideas, write captions, post support, and assist digital marketing across local channels.
Local Market & Client Experience: Research neighborhoods, events, and listings; support listing prep and client-facing materials while ensuring a warm, professional client experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture photo and video content for real estate and local community marketing
Help film short-form videos, property videos, neighborhood videos, and behind-the-scenes content
Assist with video editing, organizing content, and preparing marketing materials
Help with social media ideas, captions, posting support, and digital marketing
Research local neighborhoods, businesses, events, and community highlights
Assist with property research and market-related tasks
Support client-facing materials, listing prep, and general business projects
Travel locally during weekdays as needed
Help create a professional, warm, and positive experience for clients

Requirements

Experience with social media Mgmt, Digital Marketing, or photo/video editing: 1 year (Required)
