Responsibilities

• Creating marketing content
• Supporting brand development initiatives
• Assisting with social media and digital communication efforts
• Helping communicate AYETEA client's identity in a clear, engaging, and human-centered way
• Creating written content, visual assets, short-form social media content, website copy, promotional materials
• Collaborative brainstorming around brand strategy and audience engagement
• Strong communication and the ability to work independently while meeting project timelines

Requirements

• Experience with marketing, branding, content creation, or digital communication
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online brand presence management
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content
• Comfortable collaborating in a flexible startup-style environment
• Ability to manage time effectively while working independently in a remote setting
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or similar creative tools is a plus
• Familiarity with SEO, short-form video trends, or content strategy is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
