Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Lumina’s content calendar
  • Create engaging Instagram Reels, carousels, and posts
  • Build our LinkedIn presence through company and leadership content
  • Plan SEO-focused website content
  • Create newsletters and email campaigns
  • Interview team members and turn their expertise into useful content
  • Track performance, leads, and conversions
  • Help us identify which channels and content generate the best results
  • Coordinate outside specialists when needed and approved

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of content or digital marketing experience
  • Are an excellent writer and storyteller
  • Understand Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing
  • Can create polished content using tools such as Canva and CapCut
  • Can manage projects independently and maintain a consistent publishing schedule
  • Care about business results, not just likes and follower counts
  • Are comfortable working within a growing company where priorities may evolve
  • Have examples of content or campaigns you personally created
