Drive parish communications by maintaining the website, publishing newsletters and bulletins, and managing social media to inform and engage the community.

  • Own parish content updates across website and social channels.
  • Must-have: Proficiency with social media and Microsoft/Google tools.
  • Standout: Experience with website or graphic design is a plus and knowledge of local Catholic context.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the parish website with continuous updates to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Prepare and publish various communications, such as Flocknotes publications, newsletters, weekly bulletin, etc.
  • Produce publications for ministry and evangelization purposes, such as new parishioner welcome packets, sacrament preparation materials, etc.
  • Maintain and update various social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google software tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with website design and/or graphic design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Catholic Church structure and traditions is preferred.
