Job Summary

3–5 years of hands-on Meta buying, end-to-end campaign ownership, and proactive optimization that ties spend to ROI.

  • Campaign Operations: Own Meta ads from launch to optimization with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor real-time metrics, pacing, budgets, and weekly insights for client-facing reporting.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Keep clean campaign docs and coordinate with strategists or CMOs and creative teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Meta advertising campaigns from launch through optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budgets
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs
  • Analyze real time campaign metrics to optimize ad placement and performance
  • Create weekly in-depth performance reports and share key insights
  • Identify optimization opportunities and test recommendations
  • Collaborate on creative performance optimization
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation
  • Communicate and engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in media buying, managing Meta advertising campaigns, in an agency environment
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Experience interpreting data and making optimization recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel/Conversion API
  • Agency experience
  • Experience working alongside marketing strategists and Fractional CMOs
  • Proven experience managing high-volume advertising budgets ($100K-$1M per month across multiple client accounts) while optimizing performance and delivering successful, high-ROI campaigns and strong return on ad spend
