Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize cost-of-marketing across all paid social channels, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Nextdoor, and emerging platforms, managing budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI and lead efficiency.
  • Design, execute, and scale structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps across all platforms. This includes testing audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies, while documenting hypotheses, results, and learnings in project management systems.
  • Own end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, budget allocation, creative deployment, and tracking and attribution setup, along with ongoing optimization to achieve COM targets.
  • Leverage first-party data, CRM integrations, and lookalike modeling to improve targeting precision in a privacy-first environment.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad assets such as video, UGC, motion, and static.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, required, Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience leading a digital marketing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
