Job Summary

Own the live entertainment marketing stack from show promotion to audience growth, with emphasis on real-time paid media optimization across Meta, Google, and Eventbrite, plus cross-channel coordination and data-driven experimentation.

  • Drive audience growth through email and SMS programs that boost engagement and repeat attendance.
  • Extract actionable insights from performance data and coordinate across platforms to stay ahead of trends and best practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote multiple comedy shows happening daily while marketing special events weeks in advance.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Eventbrite, and additional digital platforms daily.
  • Monitor ticket sales daily and adjust advertising strategy, audience targeting, budgets, and creative in real time to ensure shows reach ticket sales benchmarks and attendance thresholds.
  • Design, write, and distribute weekly email newsletters highlighting upcoming lineups, featured comedians, promotions, and club programming.
  • Develop and implement SMS/text marketing campaigns to drive conversions, repeat attendance, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and promotional strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition data, and audience behavior to identify actionable insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with representatives across Google, Meta, Eventbrite, and other marketing platforms to stay informed on evolving best practices, algorithm changes, platform tools, and emerging advertising trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social media, design, and production teams to execute marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Continuously research trends in comedy, nightlife, entertainment, and digital marketing to identify opportunities for audience growth and increased revenue.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, audience development, performance marketing, events, entertainment, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability-driven, data-driven results
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, CRM systems, email and SMS marketing, and social analytics, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Eventbrite, MailChimp, Canva, and more.
  • Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and execute quickly in a live-events environment

Preferred

  • Experience in performance marketing, live events, entertainment, or experiential marketing is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial or side-project experience is a plus.
