Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon Advertising
• Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and customer acquisition growth
• Continuously test new creative formats, audience targeting strategies, and campaign structures
• Partner with the E-Commerce Director to support traffic growth and revenue objectives for Venum.com
• Work with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to align campaigns with brand launches, athlete activations, and product drops
• Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic into the Venum ecosystem while improving conversion and retention
• Monitor and optimize performance across the entire customer acquisition funnel
• Improve website traffic quality, landing page conversion, AOV growth, retargeting performance, and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with internal teams to support category growth across Combat Sports, Boxing, Team Sports, and apparel and lifestyle products
• Track performance metrics and produce regular performance reports; maintain dashboards; provide actionable insights

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, performance marketing metrics, and digital campaign optimization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
