Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support campaign launches across Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels by assisting with setup, QA, and documentation
  • Maintain campaign trackers, budget pacing sheets, and reporting templates to ensure accurate performance visibility
  • Coordinate asset requests and ensure creative, landing pages, and tracking links are delivered and implemented on time
  • Assist with order entry, billing reconciliation, and invoice tracking related to media spend
  • Perform QA on campaign links, UTMs, call tracking numbers, and routing logic prior to launch
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using data provided by Paid Media Specialists and Analysts
  • Monitor pacing alerts and flag budget delivery or tracking issues to senior team members
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign changes, system updates, and internal workflows
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between marketing, intake, analytics, and finance to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media coordination, marketing operations, or a similar support role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas such as XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic data validation)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or paid social platforms is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems or reporting tools is a plus
