Job Summary

Support the full paid media lifecycle across multiple platforms, coordinating setup, optimization, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to drive campaign performance for client accounts.

  • Campaign execution and optimization across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Data-driven reporting, insights, and cross-team collaboration to inform recommendations.
  • Operational governance: budgets, timelines, and partner coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Job Description

Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and execution across paid media platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels

  • Campaign setup, trafficking, and execution across multiple platforms
  • Monitor pacing and performance with ongoing optimizations
  • Pull data and develop recurring internal/client-facing reports
  • Maintain tracking documents, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with media vendors and external partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support execution and integrated campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for audience targeting, optimization, and performance improvement
  • Support strategic planning and recommendations across client accounts
  • Stay informed on digital ad trends and emerging media opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience; agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with campaign analytics, reporting metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio/Data Studio is a plus
  • Curious, coachable, proactive, and eager to continue building paid media expertise

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Looker Studio/Data Studio is a plus
  • Experience with healthcare organizations, associations, nonprofits, or mission-driven initiatives
