Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, strategy, and execution of large-scale paid marketing campaigns to generate sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans to continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Track key performance metrics such as Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, Signups, Go-lives, pipeline, and revenue; measure success against targets and report findings regularly
  • Partner with internal teams—including campaigns, creative, analytics, product marketing, and regional offices—to build and refine paid marketing programs
  • Utilize user data and product insights to inform campaign targeting and messaging strategies
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Manage audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant users effectively
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and reallocate spend to maximize value and ROI
  • Identify weaknesses in current campaigns and develop action plans to address them
  • Stay informed about industry trends, privacy laws, and emerging ad formats to keep campaigns innovative and compliant

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in digital marketing
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns, including social media, display advertising, and direct response channels
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, targeting, ad formats, and privacy laws
  • Strong knowledge of growth marketing concepts such as attribution and incrementality
  • Experience translating marketing requirements into actionable insights for analytics, sales, and operations teams
  • Proven ability to independently drive strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze trends and extract actionable insights from data
  • Experience managing experimentation roadmaps for campaign optimization
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including non-marketing stakeholders
