Responsibilities
- Build a network of creators who fit the brand, not just in look, but in mindset
- Run product seeding with intention and consistency
- Turn one-off sends into ongoing partnerships
- Develop collaborations that make sense for the brand and actually perform
- Ensure content doesn’t stop at posting, that it extend it into ads, email, and site
- Source and onboard creators across micro to mid tiers
- Manage outreach, communication, and long-term relationships
- Execute weekly seeding with clear targets and follow-through
- Drive consistent, usable content from partners
- Identify and build brand partnerships (creators, brands, businesses)
