Job Summary

Own the strategic optimization and measurement evolution of our SEO program, focusing on AI-driven demand signals and cross-functional data partnerships to drive non-marketing ecosystem impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic insight partner for our search engine optimization (SEO) program.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and monitor emerging trends in the digital landscape.
  • Lead the ongoing assessment of AI driven demand (e.g., Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)), adoption, visibility, and downstream site engagement.
  • Focus on understanding the impact on our non Emarketing ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and customer experience strategists to turn complex, distributed data into actionable insights.
  • Influence how measurement strategies evolve as customer behavior and technology shift.
Requirements
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
  • Remote work allowed, with occasional travel to the Cleveland headquarters for training and meetings.
Nice_to_have
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, or R).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings to business performance and strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital analytics tools.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
