Job Summary

Own the daily Marketing and HR operations footprint for a construction company, driving CRM reporting, campaign tracking, onboarding, payroll data, and vendor coordination.

  • People and vendor mgmt: coordinate recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll data, vendor services, and HR records.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist marketing managers with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Generate and analyze reports from CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare summaries for management.
  • Assist with lead management and database organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed.
  • Support human resources functions by coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with training & development programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships by handling procurement, scheduling services, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Assist with office management duties including calendar management, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing office supplies inventory.

Requirements

  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly dependable.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently (autodidact mindset).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in marketing, HR, administration, or construction industry preferred.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, and budgeting is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience or team management background preferred.
