Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth Modeling: Formulate and execute end-to-end user growth strategies, focusing on product adoption, community engagement, and long-term retention.
• Ecosystem Building: Design and refine the user growth framework through high-value content, technical community operations, and global channel partnerships.
• Global Market Expansion: Lead expansion into international markets, tailoring localized strategies to increase brand awareness and technical footprint.
• Strategic Partnerships & BD: Integrate industry resources by establishing deep-tier partnerships with Web3 infrastructure providers, crypto-native communities, and leading industry media.
• Campaign Execution: Orchestrate high-impact initiatives (including AMAs, community incentive programs, and global brand campaigns) to maximize brand equity.
• Community Architecture: Manage and scale core communities across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X), fostering a self-sustaining and highly engaged developer and user base.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry shifts and competitor moves to pivot ecosystem growth strategies in real-time.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Lead data modeling to track product usage and community health, ensuring high efficiency in marketing and operational spend.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of growth experience within the Web3/Blockchain sector. Proven track record in scaling decentralized applications (dApps) or technology products.
• Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem. Direct experience in decentralized technologies, non-custodial solutions, or Web3 infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Global Network: Established network of international Web3 KOLs, media outlets, and ecosystem developers.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin. Ability to facilitate communication between global partners and regional technical teams.
• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in on-chain and off-chain data analysis to drive informed operational decisions.
• Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment with a mission-driven mindset.
