Responsibilities

- collaborate with the team to generate and execute creative ideas
- manage aspects of camera operation, lighting, and filming
- contribute to social media strategies
- engage with online audiences
- helping to align ESM’s messaging with its mission of connecting athletes and brands authentically
Requirements
- Experience with camera operation and video production
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for video and on-camera settings
- Strong interest in sports media, content creation, or social media growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
Preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital storytelling is a plus
- Passion for sports, athletes, and brand storytelling
