Job Description

Responsibilities

  • plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that support multiple customers.
  • Support omni-activation and e-commerce teams in executing and evaluating Omni-Activation Campaigns that drive growth across the Danone portfolio for multiple customers.
  • Manage Annual Budgets including PO creation, budget & invoice tracking, vendor updates, invoice processing, customer deductions (SAN), and year-end accruals.
  • Serve as the liaison for new vendor setup, coordinating both internal and external onboarding requirements.
  • Build and format recap decks with performance insights, screenshots, and best practices highlights, with opportunities to present findings.
  • Maintain consistent alignment with sales teams on activation plans and associated sales implications.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end review process with legal, brand, and all major stakeholders for omni‑activation programs and creative assets.
  • Own communication and tracking for coupon campaigns (Ibotta) across customers, evaluating performance throughout the campaign.

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree in Business or related field
  • 1-2 years previous experience within CPG industry
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills, including superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Shopper marketing or e-commerce experience a plus
