Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the marketing team to build messaging and marketing strategies that drive positive ROI opportunities and differentiate Epsilon in the market.
Contribute towards creative management, content development, product messaging and market research.
Develop content (guides, blogs, FAQs, etc.) with internal cross-functional SMEs; collaborate with the creative and marketing team to bring assets to life; and the sales team to gather feedback and roll-out.
Collaborate with outside vendors and partners on marketing content and communication initiatives; define objectives and goals, evaluate partners, develop messaging and creative, and execute programs according to timelines and budgets.
Own specific aspects of outbound marketing program management, such as messaging development, audience definition, sales feedback and communication, creative coordination and results analysis.

Requirements

Hybrid role; 2 days/week in office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to formulate ideas and solutions synthesizing information in real time

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related Business focus preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and desire to work in cross-functional groups
