Job Summary

Own and accelerate the Greenfield pipeline, diagnose gaps, and translate AI-driven strategy into local proof points and campaigns with 1:1/1:Few ABM. Own events, partner motions, and cross-team alignment to feed the pipeline.

Job Description

Own and accelerate the Greenfield pipeline and be directly accountable for generating and accelerating pipeline for the sales team.

  • ABM ownership: run 1:1 and 1:Few campaigns with sales to generate pipeline.
  • Diagnostic discipline: identify performance gaps and prescribe pivots using AI insights.
  • Story-to-market: translate Atlassian AI and platform narrative into local proof points, customer stories, and themes.
  • Strategy execution: build and execute the Greenfield accounts marketing plan in close partnership with sales leadership.
  • AI-powered optimization: leverage AI tools to inform strategy, personalize at scale, and accelerate campaign development.
  • Cross-functional momentum: collaborate with Greenfield Sales to run omni-channel campaigns that generate new pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Event planning: plan and execute in-person and virtual events based on regional gaps and priorities.
  • Cross-team influence: shape demand gen, PMM, brand, and events priorities to meet Greenfield needs.
  • Go-to-market alignment: partner with Greenfield sales leaders on target accounts, segments, and motions.
  • Partner marketing: work with channel partners to drive co-marketing initiatives that amplify reach.

Measurable pipeline ownership and alignment across marketing and sales, with a calendar that ladders to the pipeline plan and regular performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years of Account-Based Marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience owning, executing, and measuring 1:1 and 1:Few ABM motions across channels like paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, and events.
  • Experience generating pipeline for a sales organization and building programs to hit it with direct revenue impact.
  • Strong AI fluency and active use of AI tools in marketing workflows for content generation, insights, optimization, and analytics.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI in enterprise software and ability to translate into compelling narratives.
  • Strong strategic thinking to diagnose gaps, form hypotheses, and recommend actions.
  • Track record influencing cross-functional teams beyond coordination.
  • Self-starter who can drive projects without needing permission.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and how marketing motions map to pipeline stages.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making using pipeline and campaign performance metrics.

Nice To Have

  • Experience marketing platform or enterprise transformation products to C-suite buyers.
  • Familiarity with PLG and sales-led enterprise motions and how they complement each other.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian product suite and the system of work value proposition.
  • Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS company navigating a major product or positioning shift.
